Welcome to Prestige Shine Cleaning. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and cleaning services. By booking a service or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Prestige Shine Cleaning offers professional residential cleaning services in the Houston, Texas area. Our services include but are not limited to:

- Recurring Cleaning
- Deep Cleaning
- Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
- Post-Construction Cleaning

Services are provided based on the availability of our cleaners and the accuracy of information provided at booking.

2. Booking and Appointments

- All bookings must be made through our website or customer service team.
- You agree to provide accurate details regarding your home, cleaning needs, and access instructions.
- Appointments are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation message or email.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Pricing and Payment

- Prices are based on the type of service, home size, and condition.
- Final pricing may be adjusted after an in-person or virtual walk-through.
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept credit/debit cards or other payment methods listed at checkout.
- A valid payment method must be on file to secure your booking.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

- Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a late cancellation fee.
- No-shows or failure to provide access will result in full service charge.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5-7 business days.

5. Customer Responsibilities

- Ensure safe access to the property during the scheduled appointment time.
- Secure any pets or valuables before service begins.
- Provide accurate details to help our cleaners perform efficiently.
- Treat our staff with respect and professionalism at all times.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the area(s) in question at no additional cost. Satisfaction is limited to services explicitly included in your booking.

7. Limitation of Liability

Prestige Shine Cleaning is not liable for:

- Pre-existing damage to items or surfaces

- Damage caused by faulty or improperly installed fixtures/furniture

- Allergic reactions to cleaning products if not disclosed in advance

- Lost or missing items unless negligence is proven

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

8. SMS and Email Communication

By booking a service and providing your contact information, you consent to receive:

- Appointment confirmations and reminders

- Service updates or changes
- Promotional offers via SMS and email

Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out anytime by replying STOP to any SMS.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the new effective date. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
